Chromebook Repair Ticket How to

In this article you'll lean how to fill out a Chromebook repair HelpDesk ticket for Technology staff and STC's.

Login to your HelpDesk webpage

At the top left select "New Ticket" and select "Chromebook Repair"

Direct next to Asset: Click CHOOSE

Type in the serial number of the Chromebook:

Click on the asset below where you typed
Click Select

Fill out the rest of the ticket by following the drop downs.

Select Incident Type if it's accidental or intentional

Click Create Ticket.
